We are acting as an intermediary in the sale of a modern apartment in a new-build development on the first floor of a building in Kaštel Stari, unit designation ZS1. The property is in an excellent and quiet location slightly above the main coastal road, ideal both for comfortable family living and as a long-term investment. Construction is scheduled to start in March 2026, and completion and move-in are expected around May 2027.
